Dance Instructor

Becca Westrich began her dance training at Kelly’s Dance Academy, and is now an alumni of Ignite Dance Company. She trained in many styles, including: jazz, ballet, pointe, contemporary, and hip hop. Becca was a member of the KDA Dance Team and the Ignite Competition Team where she competed in many competitions throughout the years, earning awards as a team member and placing overall. In addition to competing, she worked along side Miss Kelly, assisting preschool dance classes and substituting various classes throughout the year. Becca also assisted as a Camp Ignite summer camp instructor, where she helped children express themselves through dance.

Becca just recently graduated from Mitchell High School with high honors. While at Mitchell, she was apart of their medical academy where she became CPR and first aid certified, as well as a certified nursing assistant. Becca is an active volunteer, and she has spent her spare time volunteering at Saint Leo University, Metropolitan Ministries, Marlowe Elementary, and Odessa Elementary. She will be attending Pasco Hernando State College in the fall to finish up her associates in arts degree. In the Summer she will transfer to a four year university where she will study for her bachelors in nursing where she plans on becoming a nurse anesthetist working with children one day. She is excited to have the opportunity to share her love and passion for dance with children of all ages at Ignite Dance Company.
